AEM Tenure-Track Faculty Position

Department: Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics

The Department of Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics invites applications for two tenure-track faculty positions in areas related to space/astronautics and unmanned aerial systems. The successful applicant for the space/astronautics position will contribute to the department’s emerging space technology research thrust. The successful applicant for the UAS position will contribute to a University-led effort to establish an airborne/spaceborne remote sensing center of excellence. It is anticipated successful candidates will join the faculty at the rank of tenure-track Assistant Professor, although exceptional candidates may be considered for associate professor and tenure depending upon experience and qualifications.
